Our building is located on the beach, this unit has an ISLAND view. Completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Come visit Longboat Key and enjoy our vacation condo. Our living area includes two living rooms, one with sliding doors to the spacious balcony with glass railing that overlooks the island towards Sarasota Bay. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a full glass sliding door onto the balcony. The second bedroom has a set of queen beds, and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The linen closet is well stocked with bath and beach towels. There is a Queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room. You can drive 5 minutes to the famous Saint Armand's circle which is known for its fine dining, upscale shopping, and exciting night life or visit downtown Sarasota to enjoy live theater, a ballet, or one of the numerous art galleries. Our condo is located across the street and within easy walking distance of Publix grocery store, deli, public tennis courts, and a variety of smaller shops. Our location on mid Longboat Key is positioned well to allow easy access to the area attractions, but with a private sandy beach for a backyard. The Beachcomber is a well-maintained six story building located right on the beach with a helpful on-site manager, WI-FI internet access in all units, elevators, and laundry facilities. Internet access has been completely upgraded throughout the building and all units now have reliable WIFI service. On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine. Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance; however, you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance. Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7-night minimum stay.
